Acetyl Acetone 99.5% AR (CAS No. 123-54-6) is an analytical reagent grade β-diketone containing two carbonyl groups separated by an active methylene group. Also known as acetylacetone or 2,4-pentanedione, it exhibits keto–enol tautomerism and readily forms acetylacetonate species capable of coordinating with metal ions. Storage Conditions
